K.I.N.E.T.I.K. – The Kinesis Thesis Vol. III – Review

Nine tracks, all of them conscious and positive, something that is seriously lacking in UK Rap at the moment. The production is on a J. Dilla, Pete Rock, 9th Wonder type vibe with lashings of jazz, funk, soul and that good organic music. As for the tracks we get some real killer joints including ‘Flying High’ and ‘Fatherhood’, both of which deal with different concepts well. There is a great deal of professionalism about this release.

Big Dutty Deeze ‘The English Gentleman’ Review

At last we get the full length thirteen track banger from Big Dutty Deeze via US label KGB. This is a must for any real hip-hop fan and this had me nodding my head from the off. Clear and distinctive this album is super sharp with tracks that make really enjoyable listening. For me its album ‘This Is England’ and ‘Daydream’ which really are like summer anthems! I also liked ‘Tomorrow Never Comes’ and the honesty in ‘I Can’t Take It No More’. This is a great album, passion, blood, sweat and tears, this album has it all. Do yourself a favour and buy something real.
